Refund and Returns Policy

At AL HAFIZ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we are here to ensure a smooth and transparent returns process for you. Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

You may return or exchange items purchased from AL HAFIZ on the next day of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Fragrances, Attars, and Personalized Products cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons unless the item is defective or damaged.


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
  3. Return the Product: Pack the product securely and return it using a trackable shipping method.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

  • Approved Refunds:
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at contact@alhafiz.shop or +923223837151.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Fragrances and Attars (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or Custom Products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the returns process.
