- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Our delivery partners ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Below are our standard shipping options:
Standard Delivery:
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- This is available for all cities across Pakistan.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the total weight of your order. The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.
- Standard Shipping: The standard Shipping charges are PKR 200
- Free Shipping: For all orders above PKR 3000, Shipping is Free

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number along with its details. You can use the provided Tracking Number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. AL HAFIZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately, and we will try our best to assist in updating the address if the order has not been shipped yet.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, AL HAFIZ only ships within Pakistan. Although, if we receive special request for the orders outside of the Pakistan, then it is also shipped to the Customers according to their Currency Rate Exchange and availability of the Shipping options in their region.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately:
Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
Lost Package: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window and the tracking shows no further updates, please notify us, and we will investigate the situation.
