1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
You may return or exchange items purchased from AL HAFIZ on the next day of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
- Fragrances, Attars, and Personalized Products cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

4. EXCHANGES

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Fragrances and Attars (due to hygiene reasons)

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the returns process.
